PRICES

The prices published on our site for a country belonging to the European Union are inclusive of the VAT rate.

Shipping costs for the destination location must be added to the price of the item.

Deliveries to a country not belonging to the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties; these taxes do not depend on Elettroclick but on the Customs of the country of destination.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For returns you have 14 days from delivery of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal if some or all of the products you purchased do not satisfy you.

Exchanges/returns of goods that do not comply with the rules described above and without the Exchange - Return of Goods Form will NOT be accepted.

Within 14 days, the Consumer will be reimbursed for all payments made to us for that product, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back.

The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using adequate packaging that protects the goods from possible impacts and ensures good thermal insulation.

In the event of breakage or tampering with the package, we invite you to accept delivery subject to internal verification and contact us immediately.

It is possible to ship your purchases to an address other than your residence, simply indicate it in your order by filling in the appropriate section.

All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who, by internal regulation, cannot leave packages unattended at the entrance of your home. We therefore recommend that you indicate an address where the courier can find someone who can sign for and collect the package.

It is possible to find out the status of the shipment directly on the official websites of the couriers by entering the waybill number (tracking number), received in the shipment email. Shipments can be tracked 24/48 hours after receiving the email.

SHIPPING FEES

They are calculated based on weight and destination area. To find out the shipping cost, simply enter the products and their quantities in the cart.

GUARANTEES

All products marketed enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any defects in conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and which appear within 2 years of delivery itself. Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products that does not conform to their intended use, or as a result of normal wear and tear, are excluded from defects of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee.

The Customer may, at his/her choice, ask the seller to repair the goods or replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller.

The consumer customer has the right to a proportional reduction in the price or termination of the sales contract, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 135 bis, paragraph 4, Consumer Code and, in particular, if: the seller has not carried out the repair or replacement within the terms and conditions established by the Consumer Code, or has refused to make the goods compliant; if the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify the immediate reduction of the price or termination of the contract; if a lack of conformity occurs despite the seller's attempt to restore the conformity of the goods; if the seller has declared (or this is clear from the circumstances) that he will not proceed to restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable period or without inconvenience.

The consumer customer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is only minor.

To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity with a communication addressed to the seller indicating the defects and faults found.

Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity which appears within one year from the moment the goods were delivered already existed on that date, unless this hypothesis is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the defect. of compliance.
