How to handle the return of a wrong order?

For all purchases made online there is a right of withdrawal: you can cancel your order and return the products within 14 days of collecting the package, upon notice. What do I do if a damaged product is delivered to me?

If you notice that the item is damaged and inform us within 2 days of receiving it, you can request an immediate replacement (at our expense) or the creation of a voucher depending on the extent of the damage.
